HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY RESERVATION?

We require at least 24 hours processing your reservation with online booking on our website; therefore we cannot guarantee service for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance. An online booking can be made up to 24 hours prior to travel. After that you will be required to call us to check availability.

HOW DO I FIND MY DRIVER?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the arrival time, free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged full transfer fee.
